Super Secret Projects Presents "Surrender," a Solo Show by Darya Golubina

Super Secret Projects is pleased to present "Surrender," a solo exhibition by Darya Golubina that focuses on the complexities of mental health. Her use of the female form serves to explore how societal structures contribute to the mental health struggles faced by women specifically, as well as the challenges of asserting autonomy within these structures. Swing by the opening reception for this exhibit on May 13 at 6 p.m.

Through "Surrender," Darya Golubina hopes to inspire empathy and provide a ground for a unified understanding to support the viewer as they, too, look inward and reflect on their own journey toward self-acceptance and inner peace.

Super Secret Projects is an artist-run initiative created to foster community and facilitate opportunities for emerging and mid-career artists to collaborate, experiment and share their work. Exhibits are on view seven days a week from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m., with new local artists showing every month. Super Secret Projects is located in the newly renovated gallery space directly behind Hyperbole.
