"Test the waters" with the Hudson River Rowing Association at one of its free introductory workshops. No prior rowing experience is necessary; adults and juniors ages 12 and older. The workshop is designed to provide an overview of the sport and cover basic rowing terminology and techniques. You’ll tour the HRRA facility, use their rowing machines (ergs), row in their indoor tanks and learn about HRRA novice, recreational and competitive programs.
