Antique bottles tell stories of long ago. Whether they are apothecary, milk or drink bottles, they all have historical significance and tell tales of years gone by. Learn about different types of bottles found and used locally, how they were obtained and how they are evaluated, dated and cleaned.

Wappingers Historical Society Trustee Dani Masterson and WHS member Paul DiMarco, who are also active members of the Hudson Valley Bottle Club, will speak about bottle collecting. They will be joined by Alex Prizgintas, past HVBC president, local author and historian. Attendees are welcome to bring a bottle for identification after the talk.

This informative and interesting talk is part of WHS Speaker Series programming. The public is invited to attend. The event is free for WHS members with a suggested donation of $5 for non-members. Seating is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis.
