Ferncliff Forest Turkey Trot 5k Road Race

The Ferncliff Forest Turkey Trot 5k is the perfect appetizer for a Thanksgiving holiday feast! The race starts and finishes at the First Baptist Church in Rhinebeck (on the corner of Astor Drive and Montgomery Street) and follows a paved, down-and-back course with gentle hills, so racers of all ages and abilities can succeed. The chip-timed race features a rolling start, with runners starting every five minutes from 8 to 8:30 a.m. (Your time doesn't start until your chip crosses the starting line). Faster runners should plan to start in the earlier groups. Medals will go to the top three male and female finishers, as well as the top three male and female finishers in various age groups.
