CIA Restaurants Reopen Following Summer Break

After closing for a month for summer break, the restaurants at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park are set to reopen on Sept. 8!

American Bounty and The Bocuse Restaurant will reopen for lunch and dinner on Sept. 8, while Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici will reopen for dinner only on Sept. 8. To make reservations at any of the CIA restaurants, click here. The Apple Pie Bakery Cafe will also reopen on Sept. 8 with a variety of tasty offerings on Sept. 8, but no table service will be available.
