Festival of the Arts at Mesier Park Highlights Big Weekend in Wappingers Falls

Come and admire the artwork of thousands of Wappingers Central School District students (elementary through high school) at the 72nd annual Festival of the Arts in Mesier Park. The park will be filled with the music of the elementary and secondary choral and instrumental ensembles, which will be performing throughout the day. You are also invited to enjoy the numerous student demonstrations and join the variety of art-making activities that will take place throughout the day. The event is at the center of a village-wide art weekend in Wappingers Falls. Other attractions include the Village of Wappingers Falls Art Walk, River Valley Arts Center's Spring Fling Artisan Market and a village-wide yard sale. The Mesier Homestead and gift shop will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 14. (Rain date May 15).
