Come and enjoy a late lunch or graduation dinner hosted by The Culinary Institute of America in stunning Farquharson Hall. Enjoy this very special CIA dining event with friends, family, and fellow graduates from local colleges, including Marist, Vassar, SUNY New Paltz, and West Point, to name a few. Reservations in the area are already filling for graduation dates, and this will be a graduation party to remember! General reservations may require some parties to sit at shared tables; VIP reservations guarantee a private, unshared table. All reservations include a half-hour reception with passed hors d’oeuvre, open wine and beer bar, a three-course dinner with a choice of entrée, and coffee and tea. VIP reservations also include a champagne toast, antipasto for the table, and a sweet treat party favor. Cocktails will be available for purchase.
