Did you know Chancellor Robert Livingston wrote a poem as well as being one of the drafters the Declaration of Independence? Or that Alice Livingston wrote a winter story for her daughters? And that one of those daughters wrote poetry of her own? Join one of Clermont’s interpreters as they tell the story behind these pieces and share the written word of Clermont’s residents. Please note: Masks are required to attend this event. Space is extremely limited. Visitors must register in advance at https://www.friendsofclermont.org/events
