Join Clermont State Historic Site Manager, Susan Boudreau as she discusses the introduction of Merino sheep to Clermont and the Science of Chancellor Robert Livingston. Learn about Chancellor Livingston’s scientific pursuits and business ventures, including his reflections on Merino sheep and how he couched his justification for following these interests in terms of the benefit that he believed they would render to the new nation.
