Doors open at 1:30pm for a very special screeningof the silent classic, Phantom of the Opera, presented byThe Stissing Center in conjunction with the New York Theatre Organ Society.
Phantom of the Operawill bring together an incredible silent movie from 1925 with a live performance of its original score on the NYTOS Touring Allen Organ. The organist, John Baratta of the New York Theatre Organ Society, in collaboration with the Mid Hudson Valley American Guild of Organists, will play the score along with the movie for the audience. Mr. Baratta will play prior to the show and can entertain questions from the audience at its conclusion.
This is a FREEevent.While not necessary,RSVPs through our ticket site are appreciated so we can estimate the number of attendees.
The Stissing Center will provide fresh popped popcorn and offer refreshments. Donations will be accepted (but not required), and any proceeds will go to the TSC capital campaign fund.
