Join us for the all new 2018 Hudson Valley Fair in Fishkill, NY at Dutchess Stadium. There is plenty to see and do including a huge carnival midway, delicious food, games, and live entertainment and shows including ALL NEW Horses, Horses, Horses Show; Lance Gifford’s Magic & Illusion Show, Robinson's Famout Racing Pigs, plus Cowtown USA and Barnyard Petting Coral and much more! Children can learn all about cows and agriculture at our all new Cowtown USA Exhibit!

Fair hours are 5 to 11 p.m. on Fridays and 1pm to 11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
