The CIA and @TasteNY are teaming up to pair nose-to-tail pig and grain-to-glass beer at the Pigs & Pints four-course lunch. Enjoy dishes like téte de cochon, crispy pig ears, pork cheek ravioli, braised shanks, and trotter terrine. It’s fun, delicious, and eye opening, too.
