Gallery 40 Hosts Words on Wednesday

Gallery 40's Words on Wednesday program is back — creating space for local writers to share their stories and connect with the community.
The guest in March is Tara O’Grady 

Born in NYC to Irish immigrants, Tara is a singer-songwriter, author, intuitive educator, tour guide, and self-proclaimed Bliss Ambassador. She has recorded five albums of original jazz, blues, and folk music and published two memoirs — "Migrating Toward Happiness: The Soundtrack to My Spiritual Awakening" (2019) and "The Gods of Clown Alley" (2023). With a master's degree in education, Tara has taught writing, literature, film, drama, musical theater, and imaginative thinking at schools, universities, and art centers, including her decade at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. As a member of IASD — the International Association for the Study of Dreams — she collaborates with scientists, psychotherapists and artists from across the globe and presents at their annual conferences in Europe and America. She is currently writing a children’s chapter book series on dreams.
