Maple Weekend at Soukup Farms

Celebrate the sweetest time of year at Soukup Farms during New York State Maple Weekends! Enjoy two weekends of maple-filled fun on March 21, 22, 28, and 29.

Start your day with a delicious farm breakfast served from 9:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., then enjoy guided tours of the sugarhouse and farm from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Watch syrup-making in action (weather permitting) and learn how pure maple syrup is crafted from tree to table.

Treat yourself to product samples, sugar on snow, and fresh maple popcorn, plus Soukup Farms' famous maple and apple cider donuts. The farm store will be open and fully stocked with all your favorite maple products and local goodies.
