"American Revolutionary Sites in the Hudson Valley"

The Hudson Valley played an important role in the nation’s quest for independence. Quaker meeting houses and churches were converted into military hospitals for the Continental Army, multiple forts guarded the Hudson River against British infiltration, and private residences and taverns were used for various purposes during the war.

This program at the Town of Poughkeepsie Senior Center will be presented by historian and author Tony Musso.
