Father's Day at Dassai Blue Sake Brewery: Wagyu and Lobster Rolls

Head to the The Dassai Blue Sake Brewery for great food, live music, sake, and beer on Father's Day.

Michelin-starred Chef Tasuku Murakami will be serving Izakaya bar food for purchase. Wagyuman will be serving his famous A5 Takamori Wagyu Steak Dogs, and A5 Takamori Wagyu steaks will be available for purchase to take home.

Takamori Wagyu is a rare Japanese Wagyu that comes from a farm in Japan. The cows are fed a unique diet that includes sake kasu (sake lees) from Dassai Brewery in Japan. 

Plus, there will also be the Cousins Maine Lobster food truck and live music from The Vague Assurances throughout the afternoon.
