Take a deep breath and get ready to relax! This engaging class with Liz from Mindful Yoga is designed for toddlers and their caregivers. Using a variety of manipulatives, children will learn body awareness and balance, build core strength, work on fine and gross motor skills, and more, all in a fun and nurturing environment. This is a great opportunity to bond with your littles while engaging your mind, body, spirit, and inner child.
This program is appropriate for seasoned walkers up to 3 years old.
Included with museum admission. Space is limited, so it's best to preregister. Yoga mats are also in short supply so please bring your own.
